Lili believes that with a calm and considered approach, she can work with clients to navigate major organisational change, contextual turbulence, crisis or reputation recovery. She has worked with multinational and local clients spanning FMCG, mining, financial services, NGOs and government affairs spanning the US, Middle East, Africa, Australia and Europe.
Pam is a trusted communicator with a passion for strategy, social impact work and reputation management. During her 20-year career, Pam spent a decade niched in the mining sector for multi-national companies such as Anglo American, Sibanye Stillwater and Harmony Gold. In 2025, she led international media relations for the Future Minerals Forum in Riyadh. She has worked alongside NGOs such as the Rockefeller Foundation, Women Deliver and the Dell Foundation, as well as government organisations such as Prosper Africa.
Corlette combines her expertise in public relations, strategy and change management to drive organisational excellence. With over a decade of experience, she brings a strong focus on employee engagement and media communications, helping organisations build connection and clarity in times of change She has worked across sectors including technology, financial services, energy, NGOs, and the start-up ecosystem.
Camilla is a strategic communications consultant with a decade of diverse professional experience that underpins her work in reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and narrative development. As part of her experience with a global advisory firm, she led work for clients including Attacq and Business for South Africa (public-private partnerships), supporting media strategy, crisis response, and executive positioning.
A decade ago, two women crossed paths. Lili and Pam, working at the same investor relations and communications agency, shared more than just office space; they forged a deep friendship.
Fast forward a few years, after both spending time leading the crisis, advisory and social impact teams at a global agency, a vision of a new way of working was born.
